Our Products

Exciter

CRUSHING ENGINEERING’s Exciters are designed to operate inside oscillating machines, sieves, or other vibrating equipment with particularly high payload levels and/or very high conveying performance. All exciter components are manufactured by us in our own workshop.

The linear motion exciter is a long-lasting, low-noise exciter, with lip and labyrinth seals to prevent the ingress of dust and moisture. A special ventilation vent prevents foreign bodies from entering.

Precision CNC lathes are used to manufacture exciter components, plug weights, and labyrinth seals.

Depending on the various mounting options for the exciters, there are possible installation angles where the rod must be used to ensure the correct oil level.

The angle from the horizontal plane is crucial; it must add up the beam angle and the machine’s tilt angle.

The bearing assembly welding to the tube is completely under the edge of the tube, preventing wear. A variety of tube diameters and thicknesses are available.

Low Temperature: For low temperatures (-20°F and below), rollers can be equipped with special grease bearings.

LINING:
Installed with a hot vulcanization method using our factory extruders and autoclave. Various rubber compounds are available depending on the application.
